Terms of use

Last updated: 28 July 2026. These terms govern access to https://cloudorbit.digital and enquiries for CloudOrbit professional services related to month-end variance analysis for operating budgets.

Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Engagement letters for specific close work supersede website summaries where they conflict.

Services described

Descriptions of engagements, rates, and the month-end map are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and close window.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials produced by CloudOrbit remain our intellectual property unless an engagement letter assigns deliverables to the client. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written consent.

Client materials

Ledger extracts, budgets, and owner commentary you share remain your confidential materials. We use them only to deliver the agreed engagement.

Liability

CloudOrbit provides professional analysis and narrative support. We do not issue statutory audit opinions under Taiwan company law unless a separate licensed engagement expressly states otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from website use is limited to direct damages and excludes consequential loss. Liability under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Tainan District shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
