Purposes

We process data to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, deliver contracted close work, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Taiwan.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement working papers follow the retention stated in the engagement letter (typically 5–7 years for finance workpapers).

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may complain to the competent authority. Email hello@cloudorbit.digital to exercise rights.

International transfers

We primarily store and process data in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example email infrastructure), we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full payroll files through the public contact form.
